Jamboard for Collabrative Tasks

Jamboard is an app that can be used in remote teaching to do it more interactive. It can be used for both synchronous and asynchronous callobrative tasks and writing. In this app, when you write, draw or do any kind change such as adding label in your own screen, it will appear in your students screen as well. You can easily invite your students to your Jam by simply sharing a link with them. You can allow them to do changes in your jam by making them editor, or you can just let them watch what you do in your Jam by making them viewer. I think social and cognitive presences will increase with the use of this app as they will be more active during lectures and feel the presence of their classmates. In this image, I prepared a Jam which requires students to write the names of the animals in picture as I writed three of them.

Examples to understand better:  -A student writing a story on computer directly is an example of substitution where technology is used the least in this table.   -If that student uses a word processing program on computer, then this becomes an example of augmentation.   -In case that this student writes this story using Google Docs. which will enable him to share his story and get feedbacks from his friends online, then this becomes an example of modification where technology use is more.   -And finally if the student transforms a written text into a multimedia production, shoting video or making film, this becomes an example of redefinition where tech. use is at the top.
